Who we are
Bridgeway Design is a managed web studio: we hand-build a website for your business, host it, support it, and give you a safe editor for day-to-day changes. We are the sister company to Bridgeway CRM. Questions about this policy? Email studio@bridgeway.design.
What we collect
- Account & contact details you or your team give us — name, email, business name — to build and support your site.
- Your site content — the copy, images, colors and fonts you edit, stored in your own per-tenant database.
- Module data submitted through your site — bookings, inquiries, newsletter sign-ups, testimonials, event RSVPs and portal member records.
- Operational data — backups, uptime and traffic metrics used to host and secure your site.
How we use it
We use your data only to build, host, secure, support and improve your site and our relationship with you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content or your visitors' data to train third-party AI models. Any future in-product AI features would be opt-in and clearly disclosed.
Your data is yours
Your content and collections live in a database keyed to your tenant, isolated from other clients. You own it. On request we provide a clean export, and we will delete your data after off-boarding once any legal retention period has passed. We keep you as a client by being worth staying with — never by holding your data hostage.
Sub-processors & security
We host on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (SSL) and regular backups. We work with a small set of infrastructure and email providers strictly to run the service; a current list is available on request.
